Navigation Bar Neill Chambers Featuring Neill and Larry Larry Antonino
Neill Chambers has been a musician all his life. In 1980, he was a student at the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music studying the big boys - Mozart, Brahms, Beethoven - when he was given tickets to see Ella Fitzgerald live in concert. Immediately he started playing jazz. Neill also studied and completed graduate level master classes with musician and composer Phil Rizzo, former arranger for Stan Kenton. At the suggestion of his mentor, Neill began composing and arranging for some of the area's musical theatre productions. He was Musical Director and Composer-in-Residence at the Beck Center Theatre for the Performing Arts in Cleveland, Ohio, arranging and composing original music for many stage productions. Today, Neill lives in Los Angeles where he writes, directs, arranges and performs. He has recorded two albums and performs regularly, equally at home with classical and chamber music, as well as jazz, reggae, rock and blues.

Larry Antonino, a native of Santa Cruz, California, is one of the most innovative bass guitarists on the scene today. Now living in Southern California, he has performed and recorded with The Jazz Crusaders, Jeff Beck, Bobby Caldwell, Al Jarreau and Barry Manilow. Larry is also an accomplished composer with a variety of writing styles. He has composed songs for Air Supply and such jazz artists as Ronnie Laws and Jeff Tyzik. He was featured in the Tom Hanks film, "That Thing You Do," which also earned him a gold record for his contribution to the movie's soundtrack. Larry's fresh, new sound, described as "exciting and just plain funky," will find its way into the hearts of smooth jazz listeners around the world.
